Motor yacht Savarona was originally built for Emily Roebling Cadwalader and was the first yacht constructed by Blohm & Voss with a length far ahead of its time. Most famous for its spectacularly intricate staircase, the ship was almost completely destroyed by fire in 1979 only to be refitted and returned to the seas over 13 years later.
