The opportunity  would be very interesting, and I believe that my strong technical experience will make me a competitive candidate to work onboard a yacht.

Based on this experience, I am very used to work in a team, to motivate and guide my co-workers. Also, as being front of the house, I learned to lead by example and to ensure always the guest satisfaction. In the role of Chief Purser, I was used to confront challenges in the daily operation on board and also with shore side elements.

I have a very good knowledge regarding guest and crew operation, ship's clearance, ensuring the guest satisfaction and managing their possible complaints, administrative duties and a good interaction with ship's management, port agents and authorities. 

I considered myself exceptionally committed and friendly, courteous and a responsible person. I am a team player, dynamic and with a leading service, as well as able to work very well under pressure and with a high level of integrity.
